This week we head up the infamous Ven-top Climb on Zwift, a long steady climb with alot of the work done on the steeper lower slopes. We recommend you download our workout for your chosen CAT where you can see the calls in advance and maybe even do a short practice to set your trainer up to the resistance you want. We recommend 40 to 50% for the C CAT and 60 to 70% for the B CAT so you can hit the cadence / power numbers without your trainer coming to a complete halt. See you in the Pen, Love Always !
